At the international Control 2025 trade fair, Hegewald & Peschke will be presenting state-of-the-art testing technology for the plastics industry. One highlight of the trade fair will be the tensile test on plastics according to DIN EN ISO 527-1, carried out with the universal testing machine inspekt duo 10 kN – a powerful testing system for precise and reproducible material properties.
The inspekt duo 10 kN was specially designed for testing plastics and other ductile materials. Thanks to a flexible test room extension and pneumatic grips with adjustable gripping pressure, it offers optimal conditions for reliable tensile tests that meet the relevant standards. The integrated force holding mode ensures a gentle clamping process, particularly with sensitive specimens, such as thin plastic films or fiber-reinforced plastics, and prevents pre-damage caused by clamping forces.
With the MFE910-1 long-distance extensometer, even high strains are recorded precisely. The modulus of elasticity, yield strength and elongation at break are determined exactly according to method B of DIN EN ISO 527-1.
Convenient operation is ensured either by the intuitive manual control directly on the machine – ideal for high testing frequencies – or by the LabMaster testing software, which can be used to manage and document individual test parameters.
Visit Hegewald & Peschke at Control 2025, Hall 7, Booth 7305, and experience the inspekt duo 10 kN in practical use.
